How can I track my project process?
During the development of your new web technology, we give you access to our Client Center where you will have your own log in username and password. This gets you into our VIP room where you can view your project, view milestones, leave messages for the developers, and see the overall system status. You may also add in project required materials like images and logos.
Do you offer 24 hour support?
Yes, we do offer 24 hour chat support. Our normal business hours are 8am-8pm and you may call during those hours as well.
